About Three Peaks Assisted Living

Three Peaks Assisted Living is a brand new facility located in beautiful Cedar City, UT. The facility has a 42 bed capacity with a secure memory care unit wind and an assisted living wing. We are locally owned and operated and are here to better serve the community and surrounding areas. We want yourself or your loved ones to feel at home here and to feel like we are a second family.
